The International Accelerator is proud to promote Beereaders as they are closing their seed round for US Expansion.

Having an extensive presence in Latin America, with offices in Peru, Mexico, Chile and Colombia, Beereaders is expanding their platform in the United States to help Spanish-speaking students improve their literacy skills, create academic equity, and, ultimately, build a future for over 100 Million Spanish-speaking students worldwide.
Solving a problem
Spanish is the second most widely spoken language in the world, with 400 million speakers. Among them are 100 million K-12 Spanish-speaking students, in Latin America, Spain and the US combined.
However, more than 50% of these students don't understand what they read, according to research from OECD PISA. 79% of 4th grade Latino students in the US do not read at a proficient level in English. The same research shows improving Spanish reading comprehension can help.
"One of the goals of Beereaders is to help students enjoy and discover the pleasure of reading"
Whether in the classroom or remotely, online or offline, Beereaders offers an engaging platform with authentic Spanish books and texts that facilitates communication with teachers and produces real-time analytics and meaningful reports to measure progress and performance.
Today, Beereaders has a presence in 16 schools and 11 school districts in the US, and more than 200,000 active users worldwide.
