Additionally, Andrei identifies national and local startup ecosystems to form strategic partnerships and foster growth.

With over 18 years of experience in both public and private sectors, Andrei's dynamic, enthusiastic approach and deep passion for technology and innovation are evident. His background includes economic development, international cooperation, lobbying, project management, and strategic foreign direct investment, further enriched by his entrepreneurial ventures.

Before joining IA, Andrei served as a Brussels representative for a leading Romanian economic development organization, assisting public and private stakeholders in internationalizing and accessing new markets.

Originally from Romania, Andrei has traveled extensively and lived in several countries. He speaks five languages and enjoys spending his free time with family, traveling, watching movies, and playing sports.
